7. Refund Policy
Due to the professional and time-based nature of services:

- Blue Intelli does not guarantee third-party platform uptime or uninterrupted operation
11. Training Services
Training services are provided for educational and operational support purposes.
Clients are responsible for practical implementation and operational use after training.
Training materials remain the intellectual property of Blue Intelli unless otherwise stated.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, templates, training materials, documents, and digital materials created by Blue Intelli remain the intellectual property of Blue Intelli unless otherwise agreed.
